Executive Chef Seth Bateman heads our talented culinary team to provide you exceptional cuisine during your visit----whether a foray on horseback into the backcountry with a picnic lunch or back at the ranch for a candlelight fireside dinner, or on our open air pavilion in full view of the mountains. Trained at the California Culinary Academy, and a veteran of renowned restaurants in Napa and Cape Cod, Chef Seth centers his cuisine around the special, fresh produce and ingredients from our own organic farmstead garden, as well as superb local fresh lamb, beef, game and fish from the organic growers in the nearby North Fork Valley.

3-Night Package, starting at $2650 per couple.

RATES INCLUDES:

  • Accommodations for 3 nights in unpretentious luxury in Guest House, River House or Cabin of your preference
  • Welcome basket with culinary treats
  • Complimentary evening cocktail or wine upon arrival
  • Five-course dinner each evening with special wine parings*
  • Saturday afternoon cooking class with Chef
  • Hearty ranch breakfast each morning
  • Gourmet picnic lunches
  • Complimentary on-ranch un-guided activities
  • 1 half-day guided adventure for two (horseback riding, fly-fishing, hiking)
  • Saturday evening wine tasting or late afternoon horseback ride to ridge-top vista for wine and hors d’oeuvres (weather permitting)
  • Use of fly fishing equipment, snowshoes, and all ranch facilities
  • Full use of Old Elk Lodge for billiards, game room, fly tying table, fitness room and hot tub

RESERVATIONS & CANCELATION POLICIES
50% deposit is required to confirm reservations.
Balance of reservation due 60 days prior to arrival.
For reservations placed less than 60 days prior to arrival, full amount of reservation is due at time of booking.
We accept personal checks, travelers checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Sales tax and 15% service charge will be added to your bill.

Cancelation Policy for Taste of the West Culinary Package
Due to our intimate size and remote location, cancellations can affect us significantly. Consequently we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. if for any reason you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly return your funds, less 10% of the total cost of the reservation, if a cancelation is made in writing 30 or more days prior to arrival. No refund is available for cancelation less than 30 days prior to arrival. No credit will be allowed for absences during the reserved stay or early departures. Please note: There are no exceptions to our cancelation policy, whether it be for reasons of illness, family emergency, travel or weather difficulties.
