Head wrangler Kt Schramm leads our experienced wranglers and well-trained horses for an extraordinary equestrian experience in our special corner of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Kt and her wranglers look forward to sharing with you some of their yoga secrets for comfortable saddle riding and natural horsemanship tips for bonding with your horse – and of course riding mountain trials together in the spectacular wilderness surrounding the ranch. And, if you are an expert fly fisher or simply want to try your hand at this compelling, growing sport for women, our fly fishing guides are on hand to provide some one-on-one fishing instruction on our trout ponds and river that runs through the ranch. What if your husband or significant other is traveling with you? We can accommodate him with separate activities, of course. Call for arrangements. Come join us for an unforgettable long weekend, or longer if you like.

  • Accommodations for 4 nights in unpretentious luxury in Guest House, River House or Cabin of your preference
  • Trail rides into the remote Gunnison National Forest and West Elk Wilderness areas

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICIES
50% deposit is required to confirm reservations.
Balance of reservation due 60 days prior to arrival.
For reservations placed less than 60 days prior to arrival, full amount of reservation is due at time of booking.
We accept personal checks, travelers checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Sales tax and 15% service charge will be added to your bill.

Cancelation Policy for Cowgirl's Retreat Package
Due to our intimate size and remote location, cancellations can affect us significantly. Consequently we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. if for any reason you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly return your funds, less 10% of the total cost of the reservation, if a cancelation is made in writing 30 or more days prior to arrival. No refund is available for cancelation less than 30 days prior to arrival. No credit will be allowed for absences during the reserved stay or early departures. Please note: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it be for reasons of illness, family emergency, travel or weather difficulties.
