Smith Fork Ranch rates include:
- Lodging in rustic, luxurious accommodations with magnificent views
- Superb cuisine served at ranch (includes cookouts & gourmet picnic lunches)
- Fly fishing on three and a half private miles of the Smith Fork River , Second Creek and other streams and ponds on the ranch and in the surrounding backcountry
- Casting clinics and fly fishing instruction with our guides
- Your own horses for the week, selected from our ranch stable, trail riding and services of our experienced wranglers
- Guided horseback riding and hiking on over 150 miles of trails on the ranch, the surrounding National Forest and West Elk Wilderness
- Indian tipis; children's tree house, archery range, swimming pond; snooker, billiards and darts in the old Elk Lodge; library in lodge and guest house; pure mountain spring water; laundry service; gift shop; seasonal tours of local wineries, vineyards and orchards.
Additional Activities & Expenses:
- Guided float/fishing or Walk/Wade trips on the Gunnison, Roaring Fork and Colorado Rivers. Scenic trips to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park
- Scenic hiking or driving trips to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park
- Full and 1/2 Day Rafting on the Gunnison River, as well as other off ranch activities. (Hot Air Ballooning, Bi-Plane Rides, etc)
- Sporting clays (all equipment provided)
- Airport Transfers ($75.00 per person each way)
- Massages
- Wine & other alcoholic beverages
- Purchases made in Ranch Roundup Store.
- Fishing license, flies & leaders

- 15% Service Charge added to your bill at the end of your stay.
Payment: We accept cash, personal checks, Traveler's Checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Deposit: 50% deposit required to confirm reservations placed 60 days or more before arrival. For
reservations booked less than 60 days less than 60 days before arrival, 100% of the cost of the stay is due
to confirm the reservation.
Sales tax and 15% service charge will be added to your final bill; 18% for groups of 10 or more.
Check in - Sunday 3:00PM or after; Check out - Sunday by 10:00AM
Transportation: Rental cars are highly recommended and available at all area airports as well as at the
Amtrak Station in Glenwood Springs, CO. Airport pickup or drop-off service is available upon request for
$75.00 per person each way with 2 - person minimum from Aspen, Eagle, Vail, Gunnison, Telluride, Montrose or
Grand Junction airports. Denver is a beautiful 5-hour drive from the ranch.
Cancellation Policy: Due to our intimate size and remote location, cancellation can affect us significantly. Consequently,
we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly return any collected funds,
less 10% of the total cost of the reservation, if a cancellation is made in writing 60 or more days prior to arrival.
No refund is available for cancellation less than 60 days before arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: There are NO EXCEPTIONS to our cancellation policy, whether it be for reasons of sickness, family emergency,
travel, or weather difficulties. Therefore WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE. Check with your
travel agent or contact Smith Fork Ranch directly and we can steer you in the right direction.
