All women in search of The Western Divine! Sisters, friends, mothers, daughters, and independent women are invited to come experience the west with kindred spirits.
When summer is over and you've had the family vacation, it's now time to have your own get-away! Join us September 8 - 12, 2010 for an exclusive Cowgirl Retreat at Smith Fork Ranch.
"What could be more fun than getting away with girlfriends or your Mom or sisters this fall -- and participate in hands-on equine demonstrations with our extraordinary horse-whisperers? It's all part of our Wednesday to Sunday retreat," says Ciara Pares, Head Wrangler, Smith Fork Ranch.
Ride scenic Colorado Rocky Mountain trails amidst fall foliage, fly-fish the private waters of our ponds and Smith Fork of the Gunnison River, savor 5-star cuisine, and soak in our hot tubs---then gather with your friends and a glass of wine around a toasty fire at the end of the day. The cowgirl's life includes friendships and pampering - and we'll make sure you have plenty of both!
Head Wrangler Ciara Pares will lead our experienced wranglers and well-trained horses in providing you with an extraordinary equestrian experience. Ciara is a professional horse trainer and riding instructor, certified through the Dude Ranch Association Horse Safety Program and the American Association of Horsemanship Safety.

Dear Cowgirl-at-Heart,
There is undoubtedly magic between women and horses. It is my pleasure to encourage and develop that magic, to help all women find their inner cowgirl. Whether you haven't ridden a horse since that pony at the circus when you were five, or you are an advanced equestrienne, we're offering an experience that will challenge, enrich and thrill you.
Here in the Colorado mountains at Smith Fork Ranch, I think you'll develop an inner awareness of your own strength, a precise picture of your communication style and true bond with your horse, as well as a special bond with your fellow cowgirls.
Happy Trails,
Ciara
Head Wrangler
