The name says it all. Tucked in among the Cottonwoods and Spruce along the bank above the Smith Fork Creek, the River House has incredible views of the West Elk range of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, as well as one of the lower meadow ponds.
Enter through the hand-hewn timber door and relax amidst the Great Room’s Navajo rugs, American primitive antiques, original art and handmade furnishings from Western and Native American artisans. The house’s river rock fireplace will keep you warm and cozy, or you can head to the deck, offering sumptuous sights and a hot tub, listening to the sound of the river as it winds its way through the ranch. The cabin also features an enclosed summer porch with daybed/settee and kitchenette.
Note: River House can be reserved in its entirety. Depending on the make up of the group or family, River House accommodates a minimum of six to a maximum of 10 guests. Ideal for a large family or three couples.
