Offering five suites, the 2-story Ferrier Lodge boasts beautiful views, handmade Americana furnishings, a living room with a stone fireplace, an enclosed sun porch, and a family room. The living and family rooms are perfect for families, or as meeting spaces for professional groups. That said, our guests tend to gravitate to the romantic wrap-around porch. The name says it all. The three-suite River House is tucked in among the Cottonwoods and Spruce, along the bank above the Smith Fork River. River House offers incredible views of the West Elk Range of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, and, of course, the Smith Fork River. Fish for Rainbow or Brown trout in the adjacent pond or river. River House features three ensuite bedrooms. Its kitchenette includes a two-burner cooktop, mini-fridge, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Fall asleep to the meditative sounds of river flow.

Our largest accommodation, this fieldstone & log mountain home is situated just inside the Gunnison National Forest, west of the main ranch area. The sun rises over two-mile-high Gunnison National Forest peaks to the east, and sets dramatically on Needle Rock to the west. Marley’s Lodge features five suites, a chef’s kitchen, and privacy from the main ranch area due to its western location. Sleep with your windows open and drift off to the whispers of the Smith Fork River.

Aspen is a historic two-bedroom one bath cabin overlooking the main ranch meadow. The Cabin features two bedrooms; one with a king-size bed, the other with three single beds of which two are bunked. Enjoy a striking view of Sleeping Indian Mountain from the front porch. The Aspen Cabin’s sitting room’s vaulted log ceiling, antler chandelier, and gas stove will make you feel right at home.
